Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Swivel Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Swivel Bot provides Discord server management tools including:

• Roblox account verification and linking
• Server moderation features
• Welcome and leave messages
• Role management and reaction roles
• Web dashboard for server configuration

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during verification
• Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the Service
• Not use the Service for illegal activities
• Not impersonate other users or organizations
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Comply with Roblox's Terms of Use

4. Account Verification

When you verify your Roblox account:

• You confirm you own the Roblox account being linked
• You authorize us to store your Roblox ID and username
• You understand server administrators may use this for role assignment

5. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you are a server administrator using our dashboard:

• You are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You are responsible for data collected in your server

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass verification or security measures
• Using automated tools to interact with the Service
• Harassment or abuse through the Service
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Mass-reporting or abusing moderation features

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, and brand assets, are owned by or licensed to the Service operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

By submitting content through the Service (including custom commands, messages, and configurations), you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Users who violate these Terms may be permanently blacklisted from all aspects of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIVEL BOT, ITS TEAM, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed ten dollars ($10.00 USD).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swivel Bot, its team, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
